look out ... another new knitter casts on!

I'm working on row after row of garter stitch for an apple hat for my newest niece so it's perfect, "mindless", knitting. Molly can bug me about anything in the world as I work on this hat and I cant futz it up! Anyway, she absolutely loves the knitting song so many new knitters learn to remind themselves how to do a knit or purl stitch. We sang it over and over yesterday, and then she finally decided she was just gonna take over the project!
